Frequently asked questions
Why do I need to sign in with Google?
Your order, payment status and finished comic are saved to your account, so you can open it any time from any device. No password to create.
How long does it take?
Usually within 24-48 hours after your order is confirmed. We also email you when it is ready.
Will the characters really look like us?
The characters are stylised illustrations drawn from your photos. Recognisable features like hairstyle and colour, skin tone, glasses and beards are kept. It is your comic-book version, not a photo. Clear, well-lit photos showing the face give the best results.
What photos should I upload?
1-3 photos per person. Face clearly visible, no sunglasses or heavy filters. Photos with just one person work best.
Can I print it?
Yes. The high-resolution A4 PDF can be printed at home or at any print shop.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are used only to create your comic and are permanently deleted within 30 days of delivery. Details in the privacy notice.
How do I pay?
Payments are taken securely by credit or debit card through Shopier. Your card details never reach our systems.
